On behalf of the Managing Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Abu Dhabi Chapter Ltd. (the Chapter), I am pleased to invite you to the 38th Annual General Meeting of the Chapter on Friday, 10th March 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at, Millennium Al Rawdah Hotel, Abu Dhabi, to consider the following:
- Discuss and approve the audited Financial Statements of the Chapter for the year ended 31st December 2022;
- Appointment of the auditors for the financial year 2023;
- Election of the New Managing Committee and Subcommittee Members from March 2023 until next AGM; and
- Any other business with the consent of the Chairman.
